Meet Daniel. Daniel felt stuck on how to search for a therapist. He reached out to MyWellbeing with specific requests and we worked with him until he found the right fit.
"In much of the same way many people feel, therapy was something I never really considered to be a viable or even essential part of my overall health. When I started to notice myself becoming overwhelmed, anxious, and stressed out with new and old stressors, I realized it was time to at least give it a try.
After my first few sessions, I started to feel not only emotionally healthier, but also physically. It feels silly to look back and think of the reasons why I didn't want to go to therapy when in fact, in the last year, nothing has had a more positive influence in my life.
Luckily for me, the experience was made even easier thanks to MyWellbeing. Alyssa and her team have gone a long way to ensure that I found someone that I’m not only comfortable with, but who is accessible to me logistically."
Thank you for sharing with us, Daniel.
